Total monthly cost — alcohol treatment
| Item | With Insurance | Without Insurance |
|---|---|---|
| Our service | $50/month | $50/month |
| Medication at pharmacy | $10–50/month | $30–100/month |
| Total | $60–100/month | $80–150/month |
Medication costs are estimates for alcohol-treatment medications (naltrexone). Use GoodRx without insurance.
Weight management (GLP-1) costs differently — read this first
Our $50/month physician fee is the same for both programs. The medication is not: GLP-1 medication is billed separately at your pharmacy and is far more expensive than naltrexone.

- $50/month
- GLP-1 medication, with coverage
- Varies widely by plan — many plans exclude weight-loss medication entirely
- GLP-1 medication, without coverage
- Commonly over $1,000/month at retail pharmacy list prices

No extra fees, ever
Nothing to pay until you're approved
Add your card at checkout and nothing is charged while a physician reviews your intake — usually within 24 hours. Your first payment is taken only once a physician approves your treatment. If our program isn't right for you, you pay nothing.
Your subscription starts as a 30-day trial. If your intake isn't reviewed in that window it cancels automatically and you are never charged.
Using HSA/FSA funds
Our service fee is generally a qualified medical expense — alcohol use disorder treatment qualifies, and weight management qualifies when a physician has diagnosed a condition such as obesity. Paying with pre-tax funds can lower your effective cost.
Add your HSA/FSA card at checkout — nothing is charged until your first invoice after the 30-day trial, and whether the card is accepted depends on your plan and its administrator
Or pay with a regular card and submit your receipt for reimbursement
Your plan administrator has the final say on what's reimbursable. We can't give tax advice.
